Michael Sorrell, Paul Quinn College - As head of Paul Quinn College, an HBCU in Dallas, Sorrell is eyeing expansion for a model that combines workforce development with elements of the liberal arts and has been critical to improving outcomes at a college where most students are Pell Grant-eligible.
